So the problem is caused by squid. Disable squid somehow and it fixes it. I used ender.io to disable squid (config option).

You sure you deleted any of the data from wireless redstone in the save folder? (I would look but it takes 7 min to download your world) Ok scratch that I let it download and you need to delete any folders that go by the name RedstoneEther. There is one in each of the dim folders.
