I've never seen that crash and googling it didn't help. You may want to submit this as an issue to the BigReactors Github page. If the server is crashing on startup you might be able to find the reactor and delete it with something like MCEdit. Sorry I couldn't help any further I am usually...

Is that the actual crash log? It does not look like a crash log. Can you post the crash log located in the crash-reports folder of your server?
