how do you get the map to be the same every time is it a mod or something

this may sound like a stupid question but how do you make the starter map because I am making my own modpack and I want to add a map to start off

I have not edited the packs at all and it doesn't crash it just isn't opening

When i try to run one of these 2 packs i get this error And i get this one as well with Any help anyone can give me will be much appreciated because ive heard and seen that these packs are cool
