It's not completely true as other can access your locked enderchest (but not create/place it) whereas you are the only one able to access the content of you vanilla enderchest.

I just found a small exploit using the uncrafting table. It's probably worse than EE3 but still. If you take a barrel with a portal gun and place it on a torche or a flower, it will break as a craftpacket maker which you can uncraft for a piston (and a few useless thing). I think it's too much...

i think that game balance is really not the spirit of the mod. If you look at the forum a lot of the code shared are not about turtle/resource gathering(even so there is a few tree farm and quarry). It is really a mod about the fun of coding and making turtle/computer smart with the limited data...

That's a weird bug since pipe and hopper usually put stuff in random place, no matter if it fit or not. Have you tried redpower tube or router?
