    Crash Landing quest error?

    Hi Guys I have recently been playing Crash Landing and have come to a couple of quests that I cannot complete. The first one is the 'Metal Dust" quest. It calls for an Iron, Gold, Copper, Tin, Lead and Silver Ingot. I have produced all of these and clicked 'Manual Detect', but nothing...
