Nevermind I found out it was part of the Opis pack. Which would explain why I couldn't find it in the Mod listing as Map Writer. Hope this helps others out

It will never be used. The server is a private one in which only my son and I connect. There is really no reason to have it sitting there running, if it will never be used.
