Solved, needed host company to update Java from 1.7 to 1.8.

Hmm, still getting this weird LOC Header thing and it won't start... My issue seems to have a divergence from this one, so I've started my own thread as not to hijack this one completely...

Version: 1.7.0 What is the bug: 1.7.0 Server runs properly on main system. Will not on hosted server. Log warnings / errors cite Invalid LOC Header. I've tried many different solutions from re-installing all the mods fresh from source and everything. It's getting quite ridiculous...
