Ducts nearly always need a servo so you can set the redstone mode to always on, maybe this is your problem? You can connect the vacuum hopper directly to a chest, you can see when its pointing the right way, also it has a separate connection for xp which you can connect directly to a tank.

You can download the old ftb launcher and then put in the pack code Old launcher - choose legacy windows from the main ftb.com page - its in small type under the 'download now' button

You need to pick the 'legacy windows' option underneath the giant ass download button Then choose pack codes and type in Hubris

When I reload the quests after an update they are all uncompleted, my progress is gone :( I have redone the quests each time, but once I get further along this will take ages, so is there a file I should save before updating? or some way to edit the quests?

A pretty pack, I liked the tooltips telling what to do, but there was plenty I didnt know, a few tips on the tough as nails mod would have kept me alive, I would have kept going but dying repeatedly to tiredness was annoying.

Well I'm finding it quite tough to stay alive, the nether is challenging, I'd kill for a bow here! I've been making a hole in the nether and growing trees while looking for those dratted berries, lots of dying involved as I cant find them. I'm enjoying the battle to survive once again! TY
