The 1.2.3 launcher does not download the same PLCBETA pack as the 1.2.0 launcher

Its not an error log, I try to go onto a server but it reads "Forge mod loader could not connect to this server, The mods and version listed below could not be found. They are required to play on this server. Applied energistics : rv.9.b" and the admin on the server said to not update to 1.2.3...
