remove NEI addons and NEI plugins if you haven't those are client only mods. also NotEnoughKeys is also a client only mod. reply if that works

WAILA is a client mod. try removing it and see if your server still crashes. also i believe NEI might need to be removed from the server as it is also a client mod. (I may be wrong about NEI though, chickenbones may have made it server campatible) but WAILA is def a client mod
