Server problems!

Hi, I got a problem with my server. My srver won't open. When I press Start.bat a cmd window opens in like 0.5 seconds and then closes again. When I press minecraft_server.jar nothing happens!
What am I going to do!?!? Please answer with a tutorial or a reason why it is like this!

ps, there it says Allvarlig it means Warning or sometihing in that line of words. I'm from sweden and my computer is on swedish.

If you can't even install forge how are you going to run a server?!

Maybe I should unignore Realsketch so I can see what nonsen....wait NVM :D Like I said post this in the server area of the forums. That's where it belongs :D
