I've recently tried to play FTB. Downgraded Jar, Installed All Mods, and it seems to be that NEI crashes game.
Without it game can be played, but crashes very often. With NEI, MC Crashes when loading map! Here you have your forge crashlog(W/ NEI)(I had to shorten it, I'll put part where it goes crazy) :

Sounds like the archive is corrupted, as it says there is a difference between the actual size and the actual file size.
782B is really not enough to be the complete NEI.

It might be from a various set of reasons, but basically, try to download the pack again and extract it again.

Erm, this may sound stupid, but you didn't put a .zip into the .jar folder did you?

@slay_mithos I don't know why NEI is corrupted. I'll try to download it separately and then install.
@Luke_H No, I've checked minecraft.jar/codechicken/core, but all files are normal .class files. I have no idea why it reads it as .zip.

Oh, sorry, I misread, it's one of the zip files that seem to be the problem
one of the zip in the mods folder should be the one being way smaller than it should.

On a side note, when I launch my 1.2.5 pack, I don't have the same lines as you wrote in my multiMC console, as I wanted to know what mod it could be.

Edit: while reading a bit more your errors, it can't be NEI causing it, as it is an error with "zip", and NEI is a jar mod

@slay_mithos I have an idea. I'll write size of .zips in mods folders, and you'll check that they have proper size or not.

BC Energy - 50 KB
BC Factory - 69 KB
BC Transport - 129 KB

EnderStorage - 91 KB
InvTweaks - 130 KB
LogisticsPipes - 358 KB

YUNoMakeGoodMap - 5 KB
NEI-RP-Plugin - 27 KB

What is strange is that 1625948168 Byte (from your post) is 1550 MB (.6250076...), and I see nothingthat is that big in my mods.
Hell, the whole multiMC instance is only 182 MB...

Your best bet would be to restart completely fresh (fresh multiMC instance, downgrade 1.2.5, and copy the content of the mod pack into the instance folder).

If it doesn't work, I really don't see, sorry.

@slay_mithos Bad Point is, that I don't use MultiMC. I prefer "Manual" Installation.

Too bad, it's so much easier and faster with multiMC...
Withb standard install, you will want to place forge, CodeChickenCore and NEI (in this order) in the jar, and everything else in the mods folder.

To be even more specific, all the content of "instMods" goes into the jar, and all that is in the .minecraft goes into your own .minecraft, all the folders.
Should work, but still slower and harder to get multiple versions at once or to update jar mods^^

@slay_mithos Thanks, Captain Obvious! ;p But srsly, I've done EVERYTHING in Install Instructions and it still crashes when I "ensure stability"(Irony lol).

@slay_mitos No, it can't be failure of .zips, even without them MC Crashes. Crash Log(Only Forge,ChickenCore and NEI):

If it is not a zip, then the error is a weird one indeed.

Just to know, what order did you install the 3 jar mods in?
Oh, and did you run minecraft 1.2.5 vanilla once before installing the mods too?

Well, it seems that I fixed it.(WITHOUT MultiMC ;p) I simply removed NEI. Everything works fine. Going to install Crash-less craft guide.

I've never liked so-called "Installers". When I install it by myself, I simply "see" what's going on.

Well, you see just as much, as you still need to say what mod goes where, and the order for the jar mods.
You just don't extract anything in the jar directly, but apart from that, the procedure is pretty much the same.

Well, I won't force you, because I was skeptical at first too, but if you give it a try one day, you will find yourself using it quite a lot, and even testing other mod combinations in other instances.
