Universal Configurations question

would it be possible when the Universal Configurations change to also get a list with each version that lists all the configuration files that have changed? I'm asking this because I'm using the universal configurations for my own modlist, but I've changed some of the configuration files to suit my own playing style, but if I copy over all the universal configuration files with every update I'd have to redo all my own configurations every time...

I'm not really asking for a list that shows exactly every configuration line that has changed, just the configuration files that have changed

it also has an update sheet, telling what they've changed. but it doesn't specifically say what has changed with each version and also doesn't show what configuration files got edited.

I don't, but I was also asking this question for the other people who've changed some of the configurations, as not everyone knows about a program like that.
