Problem TPS Problems

I run a private 5 person server on FTB Monster. Until recently, we've had a steady TPS of 20. However, yesterday it suddenly jumped down to as low as 5 tps and stays low as long as at least one player is online. I've run Opis and not gotten any answers from it. And the server log says there is world leaks. Anyone know a fix?

Grab world guard and a try /stoplag then /stoplag -c to be sure no entires are around.

It turned out to be the known issue with ATG. A world reset and modpack update fixed our issue.
