A: Yes but you MUST follow the instructions bellow, also don't upload the mod to the place you're hosting your modpack on.

The Ender Dragon Sword and Battle Axe are uncraftable until I update ArmorPlus to 1.9.4

A small suggestion: •add weapons(except swords) for wood, stone, iron, gold, and diamond.
And add weapons for:copper(IC2, IE), tin(IC2), bronze(IC2), aluminum(IE), steel(IC2, IE) and for EnderIO when it's released for dark steel.
Edit: also maybe add a Fast Archer enchant for bows that makes you shoot arrows faster?
