Would anybody here with Skype like to begin playing on a new server with me. I haven't played FTB in so long that I hardly remember how to do anything at all but I know if I wish to begin playing again I will need to play with a friend while talking with them over Skype. So I'm basically asking for friends I guess, I'm 14 and play from about 4 central time - whenever my friends who don't play FTB get off cause I only play games with friends so I gotta find someone to play FTB with. I don't care which pack all I have played is direwolf and I thought it was great.

That takes away the fun of learning things. I would recommend to NOT spawn in a cheat sheet, just for the reasons of not having the full experience of learning a mod.
If I can recommend anything is to watch Direwolf himself. Although not all the mods from the Monster pack are in it (He has his own pack though) he explains alot of them. In his singleplayer, in his Forgecraft series and even in his mod spotlights.
Also don't be afraid to google stuff, or find videos on YouTube. And ofcourse don't be afraid to ask mod related questions here. I'm sure alot of us can help you with questions

If this topic is still active, I would be willing to play! I have quite a fair amount of experience in 1.4.6, but just recently upgrade to 1.6.4 mod packs, and thus far am loving it. Send me a message if anyone is up for it!

To Tommyboy.. I am running a server also but using a base of DW20 pack (164) with a few mods taken out and thrown in.
