Little question .

Hi guys, my friends and i want to create a Launcher ( a modded one and it's me who's gonna ' code ' it ) to play on a private server or in solo and the problem is that some of my friends don't have premium accounts . So i would like to know is it considered as legal for my friends to play on that launcher ( knowing that it's me who's gonna code it ) who is private ?

if they didn't bought minecraft it is not legal for them to play it unless they can get a hold on an account that has bought it in a legal way.

You sure ? I found about a server who is called ' Ascentia ' who has a large community ( 80% cracked players ), why don't they get sanctionned if they're accepting the non-premiums ? I asked this question in their forum and they sad that if it's me who ' code ' the launcher it's legal to play on it even with a non-premium account and i wanna be sure if it's true .

In order to be legal with everything your friends need to purchase MC to play. Anything else is illegal.
