Windows .exe Launcher help

Hi guys, Im a complete newbie to FTB and a real big noob with anything technical. Anyway my problem, I recently downloaded the ftb launcher and dont really know how to use it, but when I first open it does nothing, just says please wait while mods are loaded, it has been stuck on that for at least half an hour. not sure if it takes a while on first launch, but from videos i've seen it should pop up right away. Anyway i'm kinda lost please help.

*Edit* I realise i probly should give some info, this is what the console says again i have no idea what any of it means.

I have the same problem, the thing is that for my friend (who is sitting next to me) ftb works great.. I've deleted ftb from appData and downloaded the launcher again for a fresh install, but it doesnt work, I have no idea why this is happening or what is causing it.

Ive restarted ftb launcher about 40 times now and finaly it works, Ive no idea what caused this or why it worked now but ill have my ticket open with the support team to try to get an answer to this problem.
