Mac Gui Screen Rendering Crash

Hi, I have been playing FTB for a month or two by now, and it has been running perfectly until yesterday. I crash whenever I open my inventory or anything that has a GUI. I just took a small glance at my crash report, the game runs perfectly if I don't open any GUI. (The crash only happens on multiplayer? But when I looked at my crash report it said Client?) Here is my crash report:

According to this thread's post it is a known bug with older versions of forestry. Not sure which version of forestry fixed this as it lists Mindcrack and DW20 (1.4.7) pack not YogCraft. I would suggest following Sir Sengir's advice until you find out which version fixed this and ...
Both crystal chests and RP tubes strip the NBT data from the saplings. This creates items that shouldn't exist. I didn't expect any other mod to do that, so didn't check for it. The check will be in the next version of Forestry, reducing the issue to render glitches.

For now you'll have to remove the chest/sapling/tube via editor from your world.

I can't remove the item, this is on multiplayer. I don't think we have any of those, but I will have my friend go on and take a look.

There is none of those at our base, I don't know why I am still crashing. An admin on the server fixed it for someone else who had the same problem, I'll check with him.
