So i've disabled the Gravity gun grab, But I can't find anywhere in the config that has to do with the portal gun grab. is there a setting anywere in the ultimate pack that will let me stop this?
You would need to look in the world folder for the portalgun_world.cfg. In there you would find somewhere where it says to blacklist or whitelist. You want to enable whitelist and select one block that you know is hard to get, find, etc.
