I have a problem: I cant craft attuned Stone and annointing paste. Ive tried both the recipe in the guide and the one in NEI. The one in the does not work at all and NEI one shows the Item but you cant take it out...

We are playing on a server and for some reason NEI get's deysnced with witchery crafting a lot for me... Dunno why

Try getting an op to type the command /mt reload. I haven't played Infinity Evolved yet, but that's fixed NEI issues with tweaked recipes pretty frequently for me on other packs.
