Solved FML found discrepancies Buildcraft and Railcraft

I have a Yogcraft server hosted by PlugPayPlay.Before using a host service I was hosting from my PC.There was no problems with mods but it was lagging.Since I bought a host we haven't been able to use Buildcraft and Railcraft.
If I disable these mods it runs smooth.But Buildcraft pipes are bliss.

I already checked config files I even deleted them and replaced with new fresh ones but it didn't work.

I have the log after connecting to the server.

As I know Railcraft problem is because it wants to replace vanilla minecarts.And the Buildcraft's problem is with IDs of pipes I think.

I get this when I set GUI size to small.It looks like a problem with "I" letter.When I lower "I" to "i" it says the same IDs are missing.Config files are the same by the way.

Best bet is to go into the config and change the name?

1. What is the language used on the server? (As in what language is the computer set to)
2. What is your computer set to use as a language?

That is the problem. You need to download the English language pack from Microsoft and install. Somebody else was having this issue and he fixed it the same way... Should be on the forums somewhere in support or server support.
