When I play on any sort of video settings my is fine but will slowly diminish. I can resolve the problem by switching anything that changes the view around me such as turning fancy off and on or changing the render distance, etc. This wouldn't be a problem but I have to do it every few seconds to keep my FPS playable.

I suppose the default. I don't think I've ever messed around with that stuff.[DOUBLEPOST=1364666917][/DOUBLEPOST]2013-03-30 13:06:23 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Detected leaking worlds in memory. There are 2 worlds that appear to be persisting. A mod is likely caching the world incorrectly

Is this problem limited to one save, or do you experience the same problem if you make a new save?

Could you try to dissable every mod in one of the mod packs and see if the FPS still is low?
Are you playing on a laptop?
If so, does it have a nvidia graphics card?

I can't start the pack with all mods disabled. I am on a laptop but I have Intel Integrated Graphics.

Woops, i just asumed that it was possible.
Launch the yogscast pack once, then disable all mods exept for computer craft and see if it's still slow.
That way we can rule out mods and blame the launcher at least.

I'm starting to think you'r having the same issue as this guy

Even with all the mods disabled I had the same problem. Started out with excellent FPS that slowly went down to around 8-9 FPS.

My best guess is that your graphic card isn't getting kicked out of power save mode even though it's needed.
None of the computers i have access to have dedicated graphics solutions from intel though, so i'm not sure how to fix this if that is the issue.
But you should have a program called "intell graphics control panel" on your computer, there's got to be a setting for such there.
My best guess would be the in the 3D tab, eigther under the global settings or target applications settings, but im unable to find screenshots from those pages.
Is there anything on those pages to permanently enable your dedicated graphics card? Or disable power saving options?

I don't even see a global settings or target applications option in my control panel or any way to permanently enable it/disable power savings options.
