Windows .exe Can't see all of Thaumometer or maps.

Hello, I'm having a bit of a minor problem whats basically happening is that when I have my Thaumometer selected in my hotbar and I look down to see it I can only see the top portion it the same for maps and discoveries anyway to fix this, Thank you.

return to vanilla texture, and check.

I tried switching back & forth a few but didn't help. I then playing with optifine settings still no effect so I reinstalled and was fine til I put optifine back in. I did some research and found a thread confirming optifine causes this which sucks I really liked having clear water.

I do agree, clear water is 33% of why I like optifine.
