Don't get me wrong, you're mod's awesome, I'd just be eternally grateful if this Clause became a standard

Version 0.3-alpha is released!
You can now control how often blocks destroyed by explosions will drop. Also, you can disable TNT and change the size of all explosions (two features that @CoolSquid also has in SquidUtils).
And preventChainExplosions now works on TNT minecarts.

Some config options have been moved to another category. I suggest deleting the config file and letting it make a new one.
