Is there a way to get Chorus flowers/fruit in the pack? Granted, it isn't necessary to finish the quests, but I did want to mess around with Integrated Dynamics and some of the advanced things need it.

Correction, with the exception of one item (whose balance we haven't gotten around to discuss), all ProjectE items have a recipe, many of the more powerful ones have a pretty end game one though =)

Is there any way to finish step 2 of this quest? The chiseled seared bricks I can craft do not work and in fact don't look like the item in the quest. I haven't found any seared bricks in NEI that look like that.

I am aware of that, also there is GreaseMonkey for Firefox. But we need that mod at core internet level so it affects everything :p And that required usb accessory that automatically slaps people for being stupid. Although that is probably hard to do for durability reasons.

The speed of the magnetizing unit seems to me more depend on the timer frequency than the power you give it. I magnetized my upgrades in decent speed with a single steam engine (I think, it's been a while).

You don't need a subnetwork for this, at least not in AE1. Level emitter + precision export bus in craft only mode + interface, done.

I'll have to admit it's not as bad as I had suspected it to be. Until recently I had a 6x6x5 AE1 MAC with 20 pattern providers in my 1.6 world (updated to 30 now, but I didn't want to go that far here). I made two test builds to mimic that in AE2. 20 pattern providers equate 120 ME interfaces...

True. To make my point clear, I don't mind a new challenge. I'm not fond of the channel system, but I can see it being interesting. This new autocrafting approach, at least for now, just seems to be the old deal with few minor perks done more inefficiently. It doesn't make things any less magic...
