Well you might be able to change something in the Thaumcraft.cfg file, else there is not much else you can do other than getting a plugin to remove it automaticly :/

Well no, it obviously disables the nether, you would have to get a seperate plugin to entirely disable creation of the portal block, http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Technical_blocks#Nether_Portal

Just ban the minium stone from the game with a plugin... Problem solved

I think there is a way to disable twillight ones in the suiting config file, and in the server settings text document just set allow nether to false

Well it shouldn't be THAT bad. I'm fairly sure that the repair II generates less flux/uses less vis and repairs faster than the repeair I (?) As long as you don't overuse it like a 100 billion times you should be fine... If not, you can always deal with it...

Hello. I seem to on my server have a unloaded chunk bug. It doesn't load that 1 chunk for everyone. Screenshot I can't build or go in there, altough the water that used to be there is still flowing out. Anyone know how to fix/make it reload? -PC
