I just downloaded the latest version Fore Mutlipart and replaced the two versions with it. I guess it had the same effect. Thanks for the help.

Also Mapwriter causes massive lag. its probably what was causing me to lag so much

I decided to just remove the mods that I dont use. Now I get around 30 FPS. Unfortunately that is with all the setting on their lowest possible. I hope a fix for optifine comes. :(
