Let me clarify, using your pex placed in the mods folder, would that still control the bukkitforge plugins? so have both, bukkitforge, and pex for fogre, and let your version of pex control the perms for the other plugins, or would it not recognize those plugins because they are bukkit based and...

they have a smaller one i3 with 8gig, I just don't like getting a vps, I find them slower and unreliable when it comes to a heavy mod like forge
