    How to make a solid block to be considered non solid?

    What I mean is, is it possible to edit a block so that it is see-through-able for mobs? I want to have certain mobs hide inside a false wall, which is a ghost block that you can walk through.     I don't see why it doesn't work. I have a valid arrowhead, valid fletching, and I'm pretty sure "Arrow Shaft" means tool rod because arrow shafts don't exist in NEI. What is going wrong?
