If you're talking about the helmet then make the first part disabled by setting it on the first option. Any part of the suit you can make invisible by doing that. That should solve your clunkyness problem.

My server has MCPC+ and we updated to 1.0.18 just fine but we also went from 1.0.16 to 1.0.17 and now are at 1.0.18. Hopefully you solve your problem soon.

Have you found another solution since making this post? I'm doing Thaumcraft on Direwolf20 1.0.17 and would like that pedestal. If it's still causing crashes though I'll try to keep everyone away from it.

For them to both do that at nearly the same time despite us making them at different times and a bit different with the settings doesn't sound right. Is it not a bug?
