Details of the issue:
Missing three blocks in launcher log then receive error "a fatal error has occurred. connection has been terminated."​

Have you been on the server before? Because that looks like a known issue with Mariculture Air pump. If the chunk it's on suddenly unloads, it can throw an error because of a reason. Best ways to counter this are
a) Always keep the chunk it's in loaded
or
b) Don't use a Mariculture Air pump
