When can we expect changelogs for Direwolf20 v1.4.1? Seems a bit odd to push it to Recommended before telling us what's changed.

Zaflis, Ichor research doesn't unlock until some (possibly all) of the Research Fragment research is completed in addition to the standard unlockable research. A new Ichor wand, which I crafted in version 1.0.16 of the pack, is working fine.

I made an Ichor wand in Direwolf20 Pack 1.0.14. After updating to pack version 1.0.16, which includes the Thaumcraft 4.1 stuff, opening the chest with my wand crashes the client to desktop (server keeps running). I assume it has something to do with the fact that I had to re-research the ichor...

You could use the vanilla Minecraft command "/gamerule doFireTick false" to prevent fire spread and destruction, though I believe this may prevent fires from being extinguished naturally, too.

"The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open" generally indicates that another instance of FTB is still running, either in another window, or in a Java process that hasn't properly shut down. Restarting your computer should fix this issue.
