I meant how to enable the option for it to show up, like a config or something. It doesn't show up when i hold down shift/sneak - thus I assume the option is turned off.

Just started with this pack. First issue, though, is NEI's F7 (Mob Spawning Overlay) disabled by pack's author or is it a bug/glitch? F7 simply does nothing, rebinding the key (both for "World" and "Global") to an unassigned key changes nothing, the overlay wont show up.
