You could, but you shouldn't. The only way you could use Frosfall would be by copying my pack. Frostfall is configured to be height and depth based with a higher surface, it isn't a generic temperature system.

You are running the wrong file to start the server. But there might be bugs when using the server version, especially with CloneCraft, don't use CloneCraft on servers, remove it from the mods folder on the server, seriously.
