Would This Hardware be enough to run a server?

I've been looking for a server host lately, and decided to go with a VPS. Frankly, I know nothing about how hardware corresponds to performance for a FTB server, so I'm asking you guys. My plan is going to be to run a FTB Unleashed server with 10-15 people on it.

I'd say the only limiting factor really would be the amount of RAM, ideally I would go for 3/3.5GB.
