Windows .exe World leaks + chunk errors

Hello.

After updating to the newest Dw20 pack, i am now experiencing several world leaks and chunk errors.
I have used NBTExplorer to reset the affected chunks, but the same chunks keeps on bugging out.
I do not use portal guns, nor do i have excessive amounts of BC pipes.
only memory intensive things i use, is a few chunkloaders/spotloaders.

Yes this has been confirmed in server tech support forums too.
No official word of the situation as of yet.
