World crashes on open.

Ah this old crash. 
You placed a conductive pipe that connected to a GregTech machine that did not have the Pneumatic Upgrade in it yet. This is fixed in 1.6.x and later. You need to apply the Pnuematic Upgrade first then place the conductive pipe.
Backup your saves and configs. The only known fix is to open the world in MCEdit or similar program and remove the pipe and/or machine. The pipe is at 'Block location: World: (-62,66,403)' The machine should be next to it. Both will probably appear as either an air block or an unknown in MCEdit as it does not recognize modded items. MCEdit is okay to remove modded items, but not add or move them.
