Wierd Texture Glitch with ANY pack when trying to play through Curse

Title Wierd Texture Glitch with ANY pack when trying to play through Curse

Details of the issue When i play any pack from the Curse client, or even just Minecraft without Forge installed, i will log into a world and get a wierd texture glitch. All of the cube blocks in the world will be near solid colours relating to the original texture of the block. However things likes grass and flowers will appear normal ontop of the grass. Anything that isn't a full sized block in the world will have the correct look.
