    Then yeah if that code isn't exclusive to baby zombies/chickens than it would be a simple spawn the mob

    Yeah, but they're specifically coded to do that, Skeles still can't control Skele Horses sadly :(

    I don't know if it's quite what you're looking for, but BuildCraft Tools adds armor. Been quite a while since I used the mod, but I liked it back when I did.

    a mod with a recipe For papyrus to make books, using wood. Would make my life so much easier.

    Thermal Expansion has a pulverizer recipe for wood -> wood chips, and you can make paper out of the wood chips.

    More uses for large amounts of power. Like, a fancy looking block that will turn off the rain or change the time of day.

    A way to import old worlds as new dimensions.
