What I'd like to see with the launcher

When able (after all the fun new changes are stable):
2. The option to "downgrade" to a different version of MC, with the mods that work with that build.


I think 1 would just help, and that 2 would increase the diverse-ability of the pack

I second this motion, as this includes the ability to re-download the mods if in the event of the mod files being deleted, eg the entire mod folder corrupts for some reason, it would be nice to have an option to redownload the whole pack easily enough, which the current launcher does not do.

I also second this. It would be extremely helpful, especially the ability to downgrade in cases like last night when many people updated the client and then ran into incompatibilities with servers they were playing on.
