Ways to Automate Bee Breeding?

I really want to get into bees, but you have to babysit them for hours and hours. How many ways can we automate bee breeding. Also, no Redpower. And by breeding, I mean cross breeding.
I did see direwolfs new videos with his bee breeding machine, but there has to be a better way with computer craft or AE. reply with any ideas..

If you have misc peripherals you can go to his most reason SSP series and see how he uses MiscPeripherals to do it. That still works.
