What can you do with platinum in Agrarian Skies?

Apart from:

• Making enderium (which requires a tiny amount of platinum)
• Decorating your base with (ugly) TE shiny blocks.
• Throwing platinum nuggets in an ME Condenser
• Using an ExtraCells bug/exploit to turn each platinum ingot into 144 molten platinum items, and throwing those in an ME Condenser

or if you play a custom modpack, there may be customized recipes using shiny ingots/platinum

Not much really.

It's a precious material but it's not really used much. I kind of feel like the default recipe for Enderium should have been tweaked to require more Platinum.

They should, it has the luxrum aspect. I personally use most my silver on feeding Pechs. My gold is too useful.

Before you even can start with turbines you need to run Big Reactors for while to get enough material that is byproduct.

I want to use Factorization but its not interesting to me. Once JABBA came around I had no real use for it. I'm glad someone is getting some fun from the mod.

Make a bunch of runes for a Blood Magic altar. Sacrifice and I believe self sacrifice uses a lot of flux-infused electrum.

@RedBoss if you want to use Fz, then use it. Its got some pretty fun stuff in it.

Sacrifice is flux electrum
Self sacrifice is enderium ingot

So you need platinum for self sacrifice runes!

Not sure about it, but can you use it to make new metals with thaumcraft?
