There is a place to report it but that place is not here (nor are you asking for a report nor fixes, just how to do it). Tell the mod author. Now there are other forums where you can find lists and detailed descriptions, but those are usually invite only to make sure it only stays in that group.
Also side note with what you put your config banlist you might want to look over that again because the stuff you banned for Dupe does not dupe.
