unable to open DW20 1.7.10 pack

Details of the issue: im trying to launch the pack however i have been unable to progress past the launcher console, i recently updated from 1.0.2 and have added iguana tweaks 1.7.10-2.1.4 to the pack

I have been testing the various pack versions and have found that all 1.1.0 packs and newer come up with the same log error.
