Ultimate pack locking up after random time.

From my experience what I'm seeing happening is indicative of a memory leak. Not sure what is causing it though. After a random amount of time (5-20 minutes usually) it starts to lag, eventually ending in my movement completely locking up. I can't move or interact with anything but I can look around choppily. Running Ultimate pack on Windows xp. Happens on both single and multiplayer.

i have not been able to diffidently figure out what the memory leak is/whats causing it. How ever with the jet pack and lag... I have found out that sometimes it will cause a "moving too fast" error. and the lag can be caused by loading too many chunks. my friend had to restart minecraft ever 10-20min to solve that issue. I tend to find that it happens when flying over red wood forests and what not.
