Request Tinkers Construct Tool Generator

Hello,
I have a strange request with Tinkers construct and that is a website that you choose what tool you want to use, what materials, and what modifiers use. Not to mention something like a check box for add-ons and mods that can be part of Tcon (like thermal expansion or thaumcraft). Not to mention that The traits like Thaumic and Writable works properly. In addition, use of additional modifiers like use of the gold block plus diamond, nether star, and notch apple with diamond block are possible.

This tool can be very helpful for computer's that cant handle modded single player or to lazy/ can't get on to test something.

perhaps also have an option of choosing what kind of modifier effects you want on your tool, and it'll show you a list of materials you can choose from for your tool parts.
it'd also be nice if you could for example input what kind of damage or speed you want on your tool and it'll show you the most efficient way of getting the tool parts.
