The Server Promotions section of the FTB forums exists for advertising servers using packs available from the FTB launcher. This is clearly stated in the Server Thread Guidelines post linked at the top of every subsection of Server Promotions, but as this particular subsection does not pass through the queue for moderation approval (as most of the other sections do) all moderation of server listings is retroactive rather than preemptive as it is in the other section and you may find that listings are deleted after they have been up.
