Recently started steaming the antics of my private server (dunno how long it'll last

About 5+ of us play, and usually stream for 8 hours+, mostly GMT day times.
We have a slightly modified FTB server, couple extra mods we find useful, there's normally not much lag, but, the server is hosted, on the same machine, that TD plays & streams on.. So, it happens occasionally.
We're new to FTB, and have not used a lot of the additional mods, therefore, any help with idea's/setup is appreciated..
