Server is working, Cannot Acess

Details of the issue:
So i created a server today, I've done everything correctly i believe as the cmd has no major error messages. My only problem is that i cannot connect to the server. I click multiplayer and enter my Hamachi ipv4 address but i cannot enter the server, and it doesn't show up with a connection. Please Help.​

The server and client don't match. You or the server are missing mods that need to share data between them.
